1、工程背景及形成过程

目前,城镇内的电力、通讯、给水、热力等管线均埋在地面下,但采用的是普通套管直埋,当维修时会经常把马路的路面刨开作业。这种方式的维修 造成交通不便、材料和人力资源的浪费。

预制箱涵框架宜采用钢制模具,并且有足够的刚度。现场预制应先在刃脚下放置垫木(工厂预制的可卸至现场时放置垫木),箱涵预制流程如下:打开侧模--清扫模具--喷涂脱模剂--放置钢筋网片--安装内模---安装外模---内外模固定牢固--浇筑混凝土--开启振捣系统--辅助人工手持振动棒振捣--混凝土养护--拆模—构件转运存放。混凝土强度达到设计强度的70%时方可拆模。

工厂预制的箱涵框架,为了减轻重量,混凝土强度等级不低于C30,受力钢筋采用HRB400高强钢筋,配筋计算应根据受力特征,顶板和底板设置弯起钢筋,优化结构设计。
